Order Related

1. Q: Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?

    A: Yes! You can choose as many items as you want, just click "Add to Cart" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before proceeding to "Enter Shipping Address" to finalize your order.


2. Q: Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?

    A: Yes, definitely! During the checkout process, you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.


3. Q: How do I place an order?

    A:If your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking "Add to Cart".
You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.


4. Q: How do I know that my order is confirmed?

    A: Immediately after placing your order, you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
Tip: In an event, you haven’t received the email. Please do check your spam folder as well.


5. Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

    A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.


Payments & Pricing

1. Q: Why am I charged before my order has shipped?

    A: Our payment provider automatically & securely processes your order immediately after it is placed.


2. Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

    A: We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.


Shipping & Delivery

1. Q: Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?

    A: We sure do! We ship Worldwide.


2. Q: How much does shipping cost?

    A: We offer worldwide free shipping over $40.


3. Q: How long does shipping take?

    A: All orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days of the order being received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order.

Returns & Refunds

1. Q: What is your return policy?

    A: All returns and exchanges should be notified to us within 7 days of delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.


2. Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

    A: Absolutely! If you don't like the product, you can return the product for either a partial refund or exchange the product for an alternative item. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.
